Honor God with your body! Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well-being. And we want you to experience JOY through the process!
Yoga classes led by Denise Westlake.
Denise is a light hearted, fun-loving and nurturing yoga instructor. Focused breathing, increasing flexibility, and mindful transitions are all part of her well balanced class. “Yoga is meant to be fun. If you’re not having fun, you may be taking yourself too seriously. ”
All skill levels are welcome; we all start somewhere.
You must be able to get up and down; classes require sitting and standing. Alternate options/poses are given throughout the class.
Bring your own supplies.
You’ll need: a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing (you’ll be stretching and moving).
