Prayer is a priority at University Carillon. In addition to regularly scheduled times of prayer that are open to all, we distribute a weekly list of items needing prayer to all who request it. (Prayer items that are confidential are routed to the pastors.)

University Carillon has entered into a partnership with Heart Peace Counseling Center to offer counseling services here at the church. Heart Peace currently offers appointments with four professional counselors, Michelle Patterson, John Smith, Tim Ellixson, and Lilly Vargas.
Rates are reasonable; discounts apply for regular church attenders and some scholarship assistance may be available.
Sessions are by appointment; Mondays and Tuesdays. To make an appointment, please contact the counselors directly (see below).

Michelle Patterson, founder of Heart Peace Counseling center, licensed mental health counselor and certified EMDR therapist can help you overcome life challenges, get “unstuck” emotionally, find spiritual direction, manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, PTSD, trauma, abuse and low self-worth. Michelle loves helping clients find peace in Christ (Philippians 4:7) to overcome obstacles in the way of fulfilling their purpose. She is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

Eve Brinson is a Christ-centered licensed mental health counselor passionate about helping people thrive, knowing God can transform your biggest challenges into opportunities for emotional and spiritual growth. Her goal is to connect people to God’s healing power through a therapeutic relationship that helps them discover God’s love and wisdom while using clinically supported counseling interventions to heal trauma, eliminate symptoms, and promote healthier patterns of thinking and living. Eve is a graduate of Barry University and certified clinical trauma therapist with EMDR training to help people struggling with anxiety, PTSD, depression, family issues, grief, loss, chronic health issues/pain, adjustment to life events, stage of life transitions, self-esteem, forgiveness, and living a more purposeful life. Tim Ellixson is a Certified Addictions Professional with over a decade of experience assisting those who have become entangled in the web of addiction. He answered the call on his life back in 2006 to reach those with the hope and comfort that he received and to walk alongside men and women who have found their lives to be unmanageable on their own. Tim uses Biblical principles, prayer, relaxation and mindful techniques to achieve the outcomes that his clients set for themselves. Tim’s areas of specialty include addictions, anger management, anxiety, boundary issues, codependency, depression, establishing healthy relationships, lifestyle changes, self-esteem and mood disorders. Tim is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. Tim offers his services off-site by telehealth only.
